摘　　要：我国"卓越医师培养计划"教学改革的实施,对适应国家医学事业发展、满足医疗卫生体制改革的人才需求具有重要意义,高校化学作为推进临床医学发展的重要专业,能够辅助临床医学的诊疗,基于临床医学"卓越计划"探究高校化学专业人才培养,对化学专业人才的目标性培养具有重要意义。本文基于"卓越计划"人才培养模式的基本内涵和以临床医学"卓越计划"人才培养模式为导向的高校化学专业人才培养的重要性,从"交叉型"教学、"多元化"教学和"综合性"教学三个维度,探究高校化学专业人才的培养模式。The implementation of teaching reform of "excellent doctor training plan" in China is of great significance to adapt to the development of national medical cause and meet the talent demand of medical and health system reform. As an important specialty to promote the development of clinical medicine,chemistry in Colleges and universities can assist the diagnosis and treatment of clinical medicine, It is of great significance to the targeted training of chemical professionals. Based on the basic connotation of the talent training mode of "excellent program" and the importance of the talent training mode of "excellent program" in clinical medicine, this paper explores the talent training mode of Chemistry Specialty in Colleges and universities from three dimensions of "cross type"teaching, "diversified" teaching and "comprehensive" teaching.
