摘 要:目的探讨康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)黄斑水肿的效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年1月在山西省眼科医院收治的82例视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)黄斑水肿患者,根据患者入院时间分为观察组(41例,41眼)和对照组(41例,41眼)。对照组采取视网膜激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗,比较两组最佳矫正视力、中心视网膜厚度、眼压及并发症发生情况。结果两组治疗前、治疗1周后的最佳矫正视力比较,P>0.05;治疗4、12周后,观察组最佳矫正视力低于对照组,P<0.05;两组治疗前、治疗1周后黄斑中心视网膜厚度比较,P>0.05;治疗4、12周后,观察组中心视网膜厚度低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗1、4、12周后,观察组眼压均低于对照组,P<0.05;两组并发症发生率比较,P>0.05。结论对视网膜中央静脉阻塞黄斑水肿患者应用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗,可有效提高患者视力,改善中心视网膜厚度及眼压,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of conbercept combined with retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of macular edema caused by central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO).Methods Eighty-two patients with macular edema caused by CRVO in Shanxi Ophthalmic Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(41 cases,41 eyes)and control group(41 cases,41 eyes)according to the admission time The control group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation,the observation group was treated with intravitred in jnjection of conbercept on the basis of the control group.The best corrected visual acuity,central retinal thickness,intraocular pressure and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The best corrected visual acuity was compared between the two groups before and after 1 week of treatment,P>0.05;after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The macular central retinal thickness were compared between the two groups before and after 1 week of treatment,P>0.05;after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the central retinal thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 1 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the intraocular pressures of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusions Intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with retinal laser photocoagulation can effectively improve the visual acuity,central retinal thickness and intraocular pressure of patients with macular edema caused by CRVO,with high safety.
