摘  要:目的探讨Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与NSCLC放射敏感性的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测106例放射治疗前NSCLC组织中RKIP蛋白的表达。应用logistic回归分析NSCLC放射敏感性相关因素。结果RKIP表达与NSCLC临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。临床分期及RKIP表达水平与NSCLC的放射敏感性具有相关性(P<0.05),临床分期早、RKIP表达水平高的患者放射敏感性高。RKIP表达是NSCLC放射敏感性的独立相关因素。结论RKIP是评价NSCLC放射敏感性的关键指标。Objective To investigate Raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP)expression in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and its relationship with NSCLC radiosensitivity.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the RKIP protein expressions of tissue samples from 106 NSCLC patients prior to radiotherapy.The factors affecting the radiosensitivity of NSCLC were analyzed with multivariate logistic analysis.Results RKIP expression was correlated with NSCLC clinical staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Moreover,clinical staging and RKIP expression levels were correlated with NSCLC radiosensitivity(P<0.05).Early clinical stage patients with high RKIP expressions had high radiosensitivity,thus RKIP expression was determined as an independent associated factor for NSCLC radiosensitivity.Conclusion RKIP is a key biomarker for evaluating NSCLC radiosensitivity.
