摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体切除原孔排液、内界膜填塞及空气填充术治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法回顾性病例研究。选取郑州大学第一附属医院眼二科1组2019年1月至2020年6月黄斑孔性视网膜脱离30例(30只眼),均接受玻璃体切除术,术中视网膜下液自原黄斑孔排出,联合内界膜填塞及空气填充术。术后随访6个月,观察视力变化、裂孔闭合情况及视网膜复位情况。结果术后6个月,黄斑孔闭合率为86.67%(26/30),视网膜复位率为90.00%(27/30)。术后1、3及6个月视力(BCVA,logMAR)逐渐改善至1.35±0.40、1.15±0.35及0.95±0.18(F=29.214,P<0.001)。结论玻璃体切除术原孔排液、内界膜填塞及空气填充治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离临床疗效较好,为黄斑孔性视网膜脱离治疗提供一种新思路。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vitrectomy with drainage from original hole,internal limiting membrane packing and air tamponage for the treatment of retinal detachment secondary to macular hole.Methods This was a retrospective case study.Thirty eyes of 30 patients with retinal detachment secondary to macular hole from Jan.2019 to Jun.2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected.All cases received vitrectomy with drainage from original macular hole,internal limiting membrane packing and air tamponage.The patients were followed up and observed for 6 months.The changes of visual acuity,hole closure and retinal reposition were observed.Results At 6 months after operation,the macular hole closure rate was 86.67%(26/30),and the retinal reattachment rate was 90.00%(27/30).The visual acuity(BCVA,logMAR)gradually improved from 1.65±0.49 before operation to 1.35±0.40,1.15±0.35 and 0.95±0.18 at 1,3 and 6 months after operation(F=29.214,P<0.001).Conclusion Vitrectomy with drainage from original hole,internal limiting membrane packing and air tamponage is effective and offers a new idea for the treatment of retinal detachment secondary to macular hole.
