摘  要:目的评价眼眶CT评估及鼻内镜检查应用于修复泪小管断裂手术的意义。方法回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年1月呼伦贝尔市人民医院眼科外伤性泪小管断裂34例(34只眼)的临床资料。术前进行眼眶CT评估,对评估结果为伤侧鼻腔下鼻道狭窄患者行鼻内镜检查。寻找泪小管鼻侧断端,置入硅胶泪道支撑管,吻合泪小管,并观察吻合效果。结果34例中,29例一次吻合成功,治愈率85.29%(29/34),好转4例(11.76%),有效率为97.06%(33/34)。无效1例(2.94%)。结论泪小管断裂术前眼眶CT评估有重要意义,鼻内镜手术可以降低手术难度,提高成功率。Objective To evaluate the significance of orbital CT evaluation and nasal endoscopy in the repair of lacrimal canaliculus laceration.Methods The clinical data of 34 eyes of 34 patients with traumatic lacrimal canaliculus laceration from Oct.2017 to Jan.2019 in Hulun Buir People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Orbital CT evaluation was performed before surgery.For the patients with orbital CT evaluation of narrovwing nasal received nasal endoscopy during the repair surgery.The nasal endoscopy was applied to find the ends of lacrimal canaliculus rupture.The silicone lacrimal drainage tube was implanted and lacrimal canaliculus were anastomosed.The efficacy were observed.Results Among 34 patients with lacrimal canaliculus laceration,29 cases were anastomosed successfully at one time,4 cases(11.76%)were on the mend and the effective rate was 97.06%(33/34).One case(2.94%)failed.The cure rate was 85.29%(29/34).Conclusion Orbital CT has an important significance on the evaluation for lacrimal canaliculus laceration.Endoscopic sinus surgery can reduce the difficulty and improve the success rate of surgery.
