摘 要:目的比较白内障术前IOLMaster700与Lenstar 900两种生物测量仪测量效率及一致性。方法回顾性研究。纳入2019年8月至2020年1月合肥爱尔眼科医院白内障162例(162眼),由同一检查者分别应用此两种仪器测量眼轴长度、中央角膜厚度、前房深度、晶状体厚度、平均角膜曲率及水平角膜直径,对比两者测量结果及耗时。结果IOL Master 700与Lenstar 900测量的眼轴长度分别为(23.19±0.91)mm和(23.20±0.91)mm,中央角膜厚度为(534±37)μm和(533±36)μm,前房深度为(2.94±0.41)mm和(2.94±0.41)mm,晶状体厚度为(4.48±0.39)mm和(4.48±0.38)mm,角膜曲率为(44.29±1.66)D和(44.30±1.69)D。每对参数两两之间差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.345,1.839,-1.758,-0.623,-0.366,1.390,-0.641;P=0.181,0.068,0.081,0.534,0.715,0.170,0.522),且均具有良好的相关性(r=1.000,1.000,0.996,0.984,0.987,0.890,0.821;均P<0.001)。IOL Master700完成单眼数据采集的平均时间为(46.8±12.6)s,短于Lenstar 900的(150.8±68.1)s(t=-64.12,P<0.05)。结论白内障术前两种仪器测得的参数结果除水平角膜直径外其他参数差异均无统计学意义,且IOLMaster700比Lenstar900具有更高的数据采集效率,可以改善临床流程和患者体验。Objective To compare the efficiency and consistency of measurement between IOLMaster700 and Lenstar 900 biometric instruments before cataract surgery.Methods This was a retrospective study.From Aug.2019 to Jan.2020,162 eyes of 162 cases with cataract in Hefei Aier Eye Hospital were measured with these two instruments by the same observer,and the measurement results of axial length(AL),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT),mean keratometry(Km),horizontal corneal diameter(WTW)and time-consuming were compared between the two kinds of biometric instruments.Results There were no significant difference in AL,CCT,ACD,LT,Km,J0 or J45[(23.19±0.91)mm vs(23.20±0.91)mm,(534±37)μm vs(533±36)μm,(2.94±0.41)mm vs(2.94±0.41)mm,(4.48±0.39)mm vs(4.48±0.38)mm,(44.29±1.66)D vs(44.30±1.69)D,(-0.006±0.646)D vs(-0.029±0.410)D,(-0.032±0.600)D vs(-0.017±0.362)D]between IOL Master 700 and Lenstar 900(t=-1.345,1.839,-1.758,-0.623,-0.366,1.390,-0.641;P=0.181,0.068,0.081,0.534,0.715,0.170,0.522).All of the biometric parameters showed good correlation(r=1.000,1.000,0.996,0.984,0.987,0.890,0.821;all P<0.001).The mean time of IOL Master 700 to complete monocular image acquisition was(46.8±12.6)seconds,which was significantly shorter than(150.8±68.1)seconds of the Lenstar900(t=-64.12,P<0.001).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the parameters measured by the two instruments except the horizontal corneal diammeter before cataract surgery.IOLMaster700 has higher data acquisition efficiency than Lenstar900,and can improve clinical process and patient experience.
