技术创新对企业战略性知识披露的影响研究

摘　　要：为研究探索式与利用式创新对企业战略性知识披露的影响,以110家医药类和通信设备类上市企业为研究对象,通过实证分析发现,探索式与利用式创新都促进企业战略性知识披露,但探索式创新的作用更加显著;探索式创新对企业战略性知识披露的促进作用具有明显的行业差异,而利用式创新对企业的战略性知识披露不存在明显的行业差异;技术多元化正向调节探索式创新对企业战略性知识披露的影响。结论拓展战略性知识披露的适用边界,为企业在技术创新中运用战略性知识披露保护成果和获得优势提供指导建议。To study the impact of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation on corporate strategic knowledge disclosure,this article takes 110 listed pharmaceutical and communication equipment companies as the research object.After empirical analysis,it is found that both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation promote corporate strategic knowledge disclosure,but the role of exploratory innovation is more significant;exploratory innovation has obvious industry differences while exploitative innovation does not have obvious industry differences in corporate strategic knowledge disclosure;and technological diversification will positively moderate the impact of exploratory innovation on corporate strategic knowledge disclosure.This paper expands the applicable boundaries of strategic knowledge disclosure,and provides guidance and suggestions for enterprises to use strategic knowledge to disclose protection achievements and gain advantages in technological innovation.
