科创背景下长三角经济一体化征信助力小微与民营企业融资发展研究

摘　　要：小微和民营企业在国民经济中发挥着不可或缺的作用,在税收、GDP、就业、创新等方面占有较大份额。小微和民营企业由于经营不规范、财务数据不透明,金融机构无法准确获取真实信息,导致金融机构拒贷。科创背景下,金融助力长三角经济一体化小微与民营企业更好发展,加强建立平台科创型中小企业信息数据库,解决中小企业融资难的问题,建立和完善长三角经济一体化小微与民营企业征信大数据,降低信息不对称导致的金融风险。建立长三角经济一体化有助于科技创新型中小企业升级、完善征信机制,能在长三角小微与民营企业的融资方面发挥较大的作用。Small,micro and private enterprises play an indispensable role in the national economy,and occupy a larger share in the tax revenue,GDP,employment,innovation,etc.Small,micro and private enterprises are unable to accurately obtain real information due to their substandard operation and opaque financial data,leading to the rejection of loans by fi nancial institutions.Under the background of science and technology innovation,fi nance helps small,micro and private enterprises in the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta to better develop.It must strengthen the establishment of scientifi c and technology innovation platforms for information database of SMEs,solve the financing difficulties of SMEs,establish and improve small,micro and private enterprises’credit big data of the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta,and reduce the fi nancial risks caused by information asymmetry.The establishment of economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta is conducive to the upgrading of science and technology innovation of SMEs and the improvement of credit reporting mechanism,and can play a greater role in the fi nancing of small,micro and private enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.
