摘  要:近年来对缺血性中风的研究越发深入,其中蛋白质组学在缺血性中风的研究取得了一定的进展。而中医药因其独特的优势,在缺血性中风的防治方面疗效满意。蛋白质组学能从分子、细胞和组织层面探究缺血性中风的发病机理,以及利用血液、脑脊液和尿液等筛选特定生物标志物以早期识别缺血性中风,同时能评估药物的作用和疗效,寻找中医药的起效机制。但是,现有研究成果和结论仍待大样本的实验研究证实。蛋白质组学在神经系统疾病防治方面将扮演着重要角色,就蛋白质组学在缺血性中风的机制、诊断和治疗方面的研究,以及中医药的起效作用研究进展进行综述。In recent years, the study of ischemic stroke has become more and more in-depth, in which proteomics has made some progress in the study of ischemic stroke. Because of its unique advantages, traditional Chinese medicine has a satisfactory effect in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. Proteomics can explore the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke from the molecular, cellular and tissue levels, and use blood, cerebrospinal fluid and urine to screen specific biomarkers to identify ischemic stroke in the early stage. And at the same time, the effect and efficacy of drugs can be evaluated, looking for the effective mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine. However, the existing research results and conclusions still need to be confirmed by large sample experimental studies. Proteomics plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases. This article reviewed the research progress of proteomics in the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke, as well as the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
