摘  要:将光引发剂4-羟基二苯甲酮、供氢体大豆分离蛋白共同引入到聚丙烯酸酯分子链上,通过乳液聚合得到均一稳定的含有二苯甲酮片段的可自行光固化的水性聚丙烯酸酯涂料。研究了此方法的可行性并对此种聚丙烯酸酯涂料的结构、粒径、力学性能、漆膜性能进行表征。结果表明此方法可行,拉伸弹性模量为129.0430 MPa,断裂伸长率为402.6340%,拉伸强度为7.6283 Mpa;漆膜铅笔硬度为4 H,附着力为0级,光泽度为33.90°,UV固化时间为10 s。The photoinitiator 4-hydroxy two benzophenone and hydrogen donor soy protein isolate were introduced onto the chain of polyacrylate molecules. A homogenous stable UV curable polyacrylate coating containing two benzophenone fragments was obtained by emulsion polymerization. The feasibility of this method was studied, and the structure, particle size, mechanical properties and film properties of the polyacrylate coating were characterized. The results showed that this method is feasible, the tensile modulus of elasticity is 129.0430 Mpa, the elongation at break is 402.6340 %, the tensile strength is 7.6283 Mpa, the pencil hardness of the film is 4 H, the adhesion is grade 0, the gloss is 33.90° and the UV curing time is 10 s.
