摘  要:构建了基于SPOC的《中药化学技术》翻转课堂教学模式,本文以中药中醌类成分的提取、分离与检识为例,进行基于SPOC教学平台的翻转课堂教学设计和教学实践,结果显示该教学模式有63%以上学生喜欢,22%以上学生比较喜欢,且能较好的激发学生自主学习积极性,提高学生提取、分离和检识中药中醌类成分的综合应用能力,是一种值得推广和实践的教学模式。The flipped classroom teaching mode of Chemical Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on SPOC is constructed. Taking the extraction,separation and detection of quinone components in traditional Chinese medicine as an example, the flipped classroom teaching design and teaching practice based on SPOC teaching platform are carried out. The results show that the teaching mode is preferred by more than 63 % of students and 22 % of students. It can better stimulate students’ autonomous learning enthusiasm and improve students’ comprehensive application ability of extracting, separating and detecting quinone components in traditional Chinese medicine. It is a teaching mode worthy of promotion and practice.
