摘　　要：药物化学与药学发展史关系密切,在药物化学教学过程中,选择西咪替丁、青霉素等经典药物发现史,为学生讲述科学家新药发现过程的曲折经历,培养学生孜孜不倦、不轻言放弃的探索精神,以及对生命、健康及本专业的热爱,坚定从业信心。以百姓健康为己任,努力学好专业知识,塑造高尚的职业道德,为百姓提供质优、价廉的药品,构建幸福健康和谐的社会环境。Medicinal chemistry has close relationship with the development history of pharmacy. In the process of teaching medicinal chemistry, teachers could select some discovery stories of typical drugs, like cimetidine, penicillin, for the students, telling them the difficult process scientists experienced for discovering a new drug. From the cases, teachers need to culture the exploring spirits of students, educating them to keep on doing something constantly and not to give it up easily.Youngers in pharmacy should love life, health, and the course they are working on, and strengthen the confidence in contributing his life to the development of pharmacy and medicine of our country. Students should take the responsibility of protecting people’s health and try their best to master the knowledge in the field.They need to build good professional ethics, provide high-quality and cheap drugs for people, and construct a happy, healthy, and harmonious social environment.
