康复新液、地塞米松与维生素B_(12)预防及治疗放射性口腔溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复新液、地塞米松与维生素B_(12)预防及治疗放射性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年2月新余钢铁集团有限公司中心医院收治的78例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组予以生理盐水、地塞米松与维生素B_(12)预防及治疗,观察组予以康复新液、地塞米松与维生素B_(12)预防及治疗,比较两组放疗1个月内放射性口腔溃疡出现的个数、时间、持续时间、体质量变化情况、住院时间及住院费用。结果:与对照组放射性口腔溃疡出现的个数、时间及持续时间相比较,观察组均较低;治疗后两组体质量均有所下降,但观察组变化幅度小于对照组,住院时间及住院费用均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液、地塞米松与维生素B_(12)预防及治疗放射性口腔溃疡可减少溃疡个数,缩短溃疡期,降低住院时间,减少患者住院费用,而对患者体质量无明显影响。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid,dexamethasone and vitamin B_(12)in the prevention and treatment of radioactive oral ulcer.Methods:78 patients with head-and-neck tumor radiotherapy treated in Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,Central Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each.The control group was given normal saline,dexamethasone and vitamin B_(12)for prevention and treatment,and the observation group was given Kangfuxin liquid,dexamethasone and vitamin B_(12)for prevention and treatment.The number,time,duration,weight-changing,length of hospital stay,and cost of hospital stay were compared.Results:The number,duration and duration of radioactive oral ulcers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the weight of both groups decreased,but the change in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of two groups were both lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid,dexamethasone,vitamin B_(12)has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced oral ulcers,which can reduce the number of ulcers and shorten the ulcer period.It has no significant effect on the weight of patients while it can shorten the hospital stay,reduce the hospitalization cost of patients.
