重复经颅磁刺激治疗癫痫的临床效果评价

摘  要:目的:研讨重复经颅磁刺激治疗癫痫的临床价值。方法:2019年9月-2020年9月收治癫痫患者66例,遵从"平衡序贯法"方式分为两组,各33例。对照组给予药物治疗;观察组给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、精神病理评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后认知功能各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗癫痫患者,可有效提升临床疗效,并改善患者认知功能。Objective:To study the clinical value of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,66 patients with epilepsy were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the"balanced sequential method"with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given medication treatment.The observation group was given repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive symptom score,negative symptom score,psychopathology score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive function scores of the observation group after treatment were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of patients with epilepsy can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the cognitive function of patients.
