脑功能治疗对于器质性精神病患者睡眠障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究脑功能治疗器质性精神病睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:2019年3月-2020年10月收治脑器质性精神病睡眠障碍患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。甲组采用脑功能循环治疗仪+佐匹克隆片治疗;乙组采取佐匹克隆片治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:甲组治疗总有效率优于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组治疗后睡眠评分低于乙组,简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)高于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑器质性精神病睡眠障碍接受脑功能循环治疗仪+佐匹克隆片治疗的效果较佳,能很好地改善患者睡眠质量及精神状态。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of brain function in the treatment of sleep disorders with organic psychosis.Methods:From March 2019 to October 2020,76 patients with brain organic psychotic sleep disorder were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The group A was treated with cerebral function circulation therapy instrument combined with zopiclone tablets.The group B was treated with zopiclone tablets.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in group A was better than that in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep score of the group A was lower than that of the group B after treatment,the MMSE score was higher than that of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of brain organic psychosis sleep disorder with brain function circulation therapy instrument and zopiclone tablets is better,and it can improve the patient’s sleep quality and mental state very well.
