Objective:To study the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and hyperlipidemia metabolism. Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,retrospective analysis was performed on 427 patients who underwent physical examination to detect HP infection and analyze the relationship between Hp infection and hyperlipidemia metabolism. Results:Among 427 cases,247 cases were positive for Hp and 180 cases were negative for Hp.The levels of FPG,2 h PG,TG,TC and LDL in HP negative group were lower than the Hp positive group, and the levels of HDL were higher than the Hp positive group, with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In Hp positive group, male was more than female, with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,TG,TC and HDL were independent influencing factors of Hp infection. Conclusion:There is a relationship between HP infection and hyperlipidemia metabolism.Improving dietary habits is beneficial to prevent HP infection, and active treatment of HP can avoid cardiovascular disease.
