乳腺钙化的X线特征及其诊断乳腺疾病的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺钙化的X线特征及其诊断乳腺疾病的价值。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治乳腺钙化患者148例,均经手术、穿刺活检、B超确诊;所有患者均接受乳腺钙化X线摄影检查,分析钙化分布、大小、形态、密度等特点。结果:圆孔型、轨道型、圆弧型均属于乳腺良性病变;融合型25例,其中良性病变23例(92%);沙石型21例,其中良性病变18例(85.7%);泥沙型38例,其中恶性病变32例(84.2%);棍棒型31例,其中恶性病变30例(96.8%);动脉壁钙化多为区域型、局限型,皮脂腺钙化均为孤立型,乳腺炎症多为弥漫型、区域型,乳腺囊肿多为孤立型,乳腺增生多为区域型,纤维腺瘤多为局限型,乳腺癌多为区域型。结论:在诊断乳腺疾病的过程中,采用X线摄影诊断乳腺钙化疾病的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the X-ray features of mammary gland calcification and its value in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,148 patients with mammary gland calcification were selected,all cases were confirmed by operation,biopsy and B-ultrasound.All patients underwent breast calcification X-ray examination,we analyzed the calcification distribution,size,shape,density and other characteristics.Results:Round hole type,track type,and arc type are all benign breast lesions.25 cases of fusion type,including 23 cases(92%)of benign lesions,21 cases of sandstone type,including 18 cases(85.7%)of benign lesions;There were 38 cases of silt type,including 32 cases(84.2%)of malignant lesions;31 cases of stick type,including 30 cases of malignant lesions(96.8%).Arterial wall calcifications were mostly regional and localized,sebaceous gland calcifications were all isolated types,breast inflammation was mostly diffuse and regional.Breast cysts were mostly isolated,breast hyperplasia were mostly regional,fibroadenoma were mostly localized,and breast cancer were mostly regional.Conclusion:In the process of diagnosing breast diseases,X-ray photography is effective in diagnosing breast calcification diseases.
