气钡双重造影和多层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠气钡双重造影和多排螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年6月经病理检查证实的胃癌患者80例,应用胃肠气钡双重造影检查及多排螺旋CT检查,对比检查结果。结果:多排螺旋CT的阳性检出率高于胃肠气钡双重造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与病理分期对照,多排螺旋CT分期结果Ⅰ期的准确率为60.00%(6/15),Ⅱ期的准确率为88.24%(15/17),Ⅲ期的准确率为85.71%(24/28),Ⅳ期的准确率为85.00%(17/20),总准确率为77.50%(62/80)。结论:气钡双重造影和多层螺旋CT均为较为有效的胃癌临床诊断方法,多排螺旋CT对胃癌分期评估和治疗方案的选择具有重要价值,检出率高于气钡双重造影,应用价值更高。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal air barium double contrast radiography and multi-slice spiral CT for gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,80 patients with gastric cancer who were confirmed by pathological examination were selected,and the examination results were compared with gastrointestinal air barium double contrast radiography examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination.Results:The positive detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of gastrointestinal air barium double contrast radiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with pathological staging,the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT staging results for stageⅠwas 60.00%(6/15),the accuracy rate of stageⅡwas 88.24%(15/17),and the accuracy rate of stageⅢwas 85.71%(24/28),the accuracy rate of stageⅣwas 85.00%(17/20),and the total accuracy rate was 77.50%(62/80).Conclusion:Both air barium double contrast radiography and multi-slice spiral CT are effective clinical diagnosis methods for gastric cancer.Multi-slice spiral CT is of great value for gastric cancer staging assessment and selection of treatment options.The detection rate is higher than that of air barium double contrast radiography,and the application value is higher.
