摘　　要：目的评估血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在医务人员健康体检中筛查肿瘤的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年7月在江西省肿瘤医院进行健康体检的1273名医务人员作为研究对象,按年龄分为青年组(n=708)、中年组(n=343)和老年组(n=222)。分析3组医务人员体检的血清肿瘤标志物检查结果,并对比3组肿瘤标志物表现水平、阳性率。结果老年组、中年组、青年组肿瘤检出率分别为28.95%、16.67%和12.50%;老年组肿瘤标志物除糖链抗原125外,其他肿瘤标志物水平均高于青年组、中年组(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物检测技术可提高临床肿瘤诊断率,在健康体检中有一定的临床应用价值,有助于恶性肿瘤早期发现,值得临床推广使用。Objective Evaluate the value of serum tumor markers in health examination of medical personnel.Methods A total of 1273 medical staff who underwent physical examination in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into young group(n=708),middle-aged group(n=343)and elder group(n=222)according to age.The results of serum tumor markers in three groups were analyzed,and the expression level and positive rate of tumor markers were compared among three groups.Results The detection rate of the elder group,the middle-aged and the youth group were 28.95%,16.67%,12.50%;tumor markers in the elder group were higher than the middle-aged group and the young group except CA125.Conclusion The detection of tumor markers can significantly improve the rate of detection,diagnosis;and also can early detect malignant disease.The serum tumor markers in health examination of medical personne has clinical value.Therefore,this method is worth using in clinical condition.
