摘　　要：习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上的讲话高屋建瓴、思想深邃,是一篇闪耀马克思主义真理光辉的纲领性文献,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的最新理论成果,充分彰显了习近平总书记对马克思主义哲学的运用、发展和创新。习近平总书记"七一"重要讲话是运用马克思主义立场观点方法分析、认识和解决时代重大问题的典范,集中体现了习近平总书记贯通古今的大历史观、与时俱进的时代观、人民至上的群众观和务实求新的实践观。深刻领会习近平总书记"七一"重要讲话的哲学意蕴和伟大智慧,对于我们在伟大事业中深入践行习近平总书记重要讲话精神、凝心聚力实现第二个百年奋斗目标具有重要的理论价值和思想意义。Strategical and profound, General Secretary Xi Jin-ping’s "July 1 st" important speech, as a programmatic document that shines with the light of Marxist truth and the latest theoretical achievement of Xi Jin-ping Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully demonstrates Xi’s application, development and innovation of Marxist philosophy. The speech is an exemplary application of Marxist positions, perspectives and methods in analysing, understanding and solving the major issues of the times, and it is a concentrated manifestation of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping’s broad historical perspective, updated view of the times, his view of the masses, and his pragmatic and practical view of seeking new ideas. Deeply understanding the philosophical implications and great wisdom of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping’s important speech on July 1 st is of great theoretical value and ideological significance for us to put into practice the spirit of the General Secretary’s important speech in the construction of a great cause and to unite our efforts to achieve the second centennial goal.
