叙事护理联合中医肺康复训练对改善脊髓损伤患者呼吸功能的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理联合中医肺康复训练对脊髓损伤患者肺功能及呼吸系统的影响。方法选择2020年5月-2021年5月收治的脊髓损伤患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用叙事护理联合中医肺康复训练,并对两组患者的改良Borg scale呼吸困难指数量表、负性情绪问卷、肺功能指标以及呼吸系统并发症情况进行评价。结果观察组改良Borg scale呼吸困难指数、焦虑抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)、最大呼气量(PEF)明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸衰竭等并发症发生率为3.33%明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合肺康复训练能促进脊髓损伤患者肺功能康复,降低呼吸系统并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with lung rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and respiratory system complications in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Sixty patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups and the control group received routine nursing care,observation group in the control group on the basis of narrative nursing combined with Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation training,comparison of the two groups of patients with lung function and respiratory system complications.Results The improved Borg scale aspiration difficulty index,anxiety and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each),forced vital capacity(FVC),one second rate(FEV1/FVC),maximal ventilation(MVV)and maximal air volume(PEF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each).The incidence of lung infection,atelectasis and aspiration failure in the observation group was 3.33%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing combined with lung rehabilitation training in patients with spinal cord injury can promote the rehabilitation of lung function and reduce the incidence of respiratory system complications.
