广医女排核心教育理念的应用案例分析与启示

摘　　要：广州医科大学女子排球队(以下简称“广医女排”)始终贯彻“体育精神、运动战术、身体素质”三位一体的核心教育理念,创建出了一支注重精神传承的团结队伍、一套独具特色的战术配合体系和一批拥有强健体魄的阳光队员。该研究以广医女排2018年首次参加全国大学生排球联赛中的“八进四”淘汰赛为案例,集中呈现广医女排核心教育理念的具体实践过程,并详细剖析该案例所反映的问题与启示,为高等院校普通大学生组排球队的组建、训练和培养等提供经验借鉴。Guangzhou Medical University Women volleyball team(hereinafter referred to as"Guangzhou Medical Women Volleyball Team")has always implemented the core education concept of"guided by sports spirit,guided by sports tactics and supported by physical quality".It has created a united team focusing on spiritual inheritance,a set of unique tactical coordination system and a group of sunshine players with strong physique.In this case,Guangzhou Medical Women Volleyball Team took part in the"eight into four"elimination match in the National College Volleyball League for the first time in 2018.It focuses on the specific practice process of the core education concept of Guangzhou Medical Women Volleyball Team,and analyzes the problems and enlightenment reflected in the case,so as to provide experience and reference for the establishment,training and training of college students'volleyball team.
