摘  要:在花样游泳、艺术体操等项目中,控制体重可以帮助女运动员维持较好的身体状态,保证比赛时完美发挥,在技巧啦啦操比赛中女尖子运动员需要与底座运动员配合完成托举、抛接等难度动作,体重过大会严重影响难度动作的选择,因此尖子运动员需要进行严格的体重管理。体重的控制主要是通过节水、节食等方式来实现,但是考虑到运动员的训练强度,长时间的节水、节食虽然可以达到控制体重的目的,但也会影响运动员的运动能力,因此如何合理、科学地制订饮食计划,在保证体重得到控制的同时,又不影响运动员的运动能力,成为运动员训练中的重要问题。In synchronized swimming,rhythmic gymnastics and other events,weight control can help female athletes maintain a good physical condition and ensure the perfect play in the competition.In the skill cheerleading competition,the top female athletes need to cooperate with the base athletes to complete the difficult movements such as lifting,throwing and catching.Excessive weight seriously affects the choice of difficult movements,Therefore,top athletes need to carry out strict weight management.Weight control is mainly achieved through water saving and dieting.However,considering the training intensity of athletes,long-term water saving and dieting can achieve the goal of weight control,but it will also affect the athletic ability of athletes.Therefore,how to make a reasonable and scientific diet plan to ensure that the weight is controlled without affecting the athletic ability of athletes,It has become an important issue in athletes'training.
