摘  要:某电厂DKY4-4N41B型超临界640 MW汽轮发电机组在2021-02-11开机升速过程中,出现了轴承温度异常故障。通过检查轴承间隙、运行方式等相关试验及温度特征进行故障原因分析,发现为保温未到位导致轴承座温度异常升高,从而引起轴承温度升高。制定在汽缸保温与轴承座之间插入复合隔热板固定进行硬性隔离,加固原有保温层等相应措施来加强#2轴承箱及基础保温隔热,轴承温度异常的问题得以解决,确保了机组安全稳定运行。During the startup and speed increase of DKY4-4N41B supercritical 640 MW steam turbine generator unit in a power plant on February 11,2021,there was an abnormal fault of bearing temperature.Through the inspection of bearing clearance,operation mode and other relevant tests and temperature characteristics,the fault cause was analyzed.It was concluded that the temperature of bearing pedestal increased abnormally due to insufficient insulation,resulting in the increase of bearing temperature.Formulate corresponding measures,insert composite insulation board between cylinder insulation and bearing seat for fixation,conduct rigid isolation,strengthen the original insulation layer to strengthen#2 bearing box and foundation insulation,solve the problem of abnormal bearing temperature,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
