摘　　要：植物乳杆菌是一种多功能乳酸菌,属于乳酸菌的同型发酵菌,其代谢可产生有机酸、小分子肽、过氧化氢等生物活性物质,常用于发酵的乳制品、肉制品、蔬菜等。植物乳杆菌定植在人和动物肠道中,具有抑制病原菌、改善肠道环境、调节肠道菌群、提高机体免疫力等诸多优良益生功能,它广泛用于食品、医药和饲料添加剂中。本文对植物乳杆菌的种类、生理功能及其在猪禽饲料中的应用,为进一步研究植物乳杆菌提供了参考。Lactobacillus plantarum is a multifunctional lactic acid bacteria,which belongs to lactic acid bacteria homozygous fermentation bacteria.Its metabolism can produce organic acids,small molecular peptides,hydrogen peroxide and other bioactive substances,commonly used in fermented dairy products,meat products,vegetables and so on.The colonization of Lactobacillus plantarum in human and animal intestinal tract has many excellent probiotic functions,such as inhibiting pathogenic bacteria,improving intestinal environment,regulating intestinal flora and enhancing immunity,it is widely used in food,medicine and feed additive.The species,biological characteristics,physiological functions of Lactobacillus plantarum and its application in swine and poultry feed were studied in this paper.
