摘　　要：基于Web of Science(WOS)数据库,统计分析了自1998年以来建筑工人安全/不安全行为研究的英文文献数据,并运用CiteSpace软件绘制建筑工人安全/不安全行为研究领域的知识图谱,以全面反映当前建筑工人相关行为的研究现状、研究热点,并基于计划行为理论,整合安全氛围等外部影响因素以及安全绩效等结果因素,构建了建筑工人"意向—行为"模型,提出了未来的研究方向。结果表明:建筑工人安全/不安全行为研究的发文量总体呈现上升趋势,近年来更是快速增长;作者间的合作密度普遍较高,形成了有影响力的研究团队且高校成为主要的研究阵地;安全氛围、安全管理等是当前的研究热点,也是影响建筑工人安全/不安全行为抉择的关键因素;围绕安全氛围、安全绩效等深入研究建筑工人的心理因素并利用计算机软件进行模拟分析,成为本领域的的研究前沿;未来建筑工人安全/不安全行为的研究应更多关注建筑工人行为形成的整体路径的完善、学科的深化交叉融合、情境差异下建筑工人安全/不安全行为和行为抉择的边界条件研究等。该研究可为廓清本领域整体发展趋势和后续研究提供理论参考。Based on the Web of Science(WOS)database,this paper statistically analyzes the English scientific literature data of safety/unsafe behavior of construction workers since 1998,and uses CiteSpace software to draw the knowledge map of the construction worker behavior research field to fully reflect the current status and hotspots of research on the safety behavior of construction workers.In addition,based on the theory of planned behavior,integrating external factors such as safety atmosphere and resulting factors such as safety performance,the paper establishes a construction worker"intention-behavior"model,and proposes future research directions.The research results show that the number of papers published on the safety/unsafe behavior research of construction workers is generally on the rise,and it has increased rapidly in recent years;the density of cooperation between authors is generally high,an influential research team has been formed,and universities have become the main research position;safety atmosphere,safety management,etc.are current research hotspots,and also key factors that affect the choice of construction workers’safety/unsafe behavior;it has become the research frontier in this field to conduct in-depth study on the psychological factors of construction workers concerning safety atmosphere and safety performance and to use computer software for simulation analysis;the future research of safety/unsafe behavior of construction workers should be paid more attention to improvement of the overall path of construction workers’behavior formation,the deepening of interdisciplinary integration,research on safety/unsafe behavior of construction workers under situational differences and the boundary conditions of behavior choice.The research may provide theoretical reference for clarifying the overall development trend and follow-up research of this field.
