摘 要:保证教师有效的工作投入是保障教育教学质量的重要基础。本文采用问卷调查法对2062名中小学教师品格优势、职业使命感对工作投入的影响机制进行考察。结果发现:品格优势和职业使命感能够联合解释中小学教师工作投入60.7%的变异量;中小学教师职业使命感在品格优势和工作投入的关系中起部分中介作用,品格优势既可以直接影响教师的工作投入,也可以通过影响教师职业使命感进而影响其工作投入。根据研究结论,建议相关部门完善管理制度,落实相关政策,加强对教师的支持与保障;架构教师品格优势培训体系,达成职前职后一体化培养目标,助力各阶段教师的品格优势运用和职业使命担当,全面提升教师工作投入水平。Ensuring teachers’work Engagement is an important foundation for the quality of education and teaching.To explore the influence mechanism of character strengths and calling on work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2062 primary and secondary school teachers.The results were as follows.The character strengths and calling of primary and secondary school teachers jointly explained the variation of 60.7%of work engagement.The calling of primary and secondary school teachers played a partial mediating role in the relationship between character strengths and work engagement,character strengths not only directly affected teacher's work engagement,but also influenced teacher's work engagement through calling.The results of the study provide an empirical basis for carrying out hierarchical and classified intervention in teachers’work engagement based on their types of character strengths.It is also recommended that relevant departments implement relevant policies,improve management systems,and strengthen support and guarantee for teachers.
