摘  要:颅内未破裂动脉瘤具有患病率高、破裂率高、破裂后致残致死率高等特点。探讨其形成和破裂的机制成为目前研究的热点。研究表明,炎性反应介导的血管壁病理性重塑是颅内未破裂动脉瘤形成和破裂的重要机制。作者对颅内未破裂动脉瘤形成和破裂的炎性反应机制、高分辨率磁共振的评估、潜在治疗药物进行了综述。Unruptured intracranial aneurysms had characteristics of high incidence rate,high rupture rate and high rate of disability and mortality after rupture.Exploring the mechanism of its formation and rupture has been the main focus of current researches.Previous researches showed that pathological remodeling of vascular wall mediated by inflammatory reaction is an important mechanism for the formation and rupture of unruptured intracranial aneurysms.The authors reviewed inflammatory response mechanism of the formation and rupture of unruptured intracranial aneurysms,evaluation of high-resolution magnetic resonance,and potential therapeutic drugs.
