摘  要:采用系列静动态力学性能实验装置,开展Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷材料准静态压缩实验、分离式霍普金森压杆实验和轻气炮高速碰撞实验,获取材料静动态力学性能参数,确定材料本构关系。同时,以7.62 mm穿甲燃烧弹为防护目标,采用面板陶瓷+背板装甲钢的2种防护结构方案进行实弹测试,并进行侵彻过程的数值模拟。试验结果表明:Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷具有良好的抗多发弹打击能力,仿真再现了陶瓷装甲抗弹丸侵彻过程的失效过程,得到了与试验一致的结果,验证了陶瓷材料本构参数的合理性。增加面板陶瓷厚度,装甲对子弹的磨蚀作用增强;增加背板装甲钢厚度,对陶瓷本体的支撑作用增强。Taking Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic material as the research object,the mechanical properties and ballistic resistance were studied.A series of static and dynamic mechanical performance experimental devices were used to carry out material quasi-static compression experiments,SHPB experiments and LGG high-speed collision experiments to obtain material static and dynamic mechanical performance parameters,and determine the material constitutive relationship.Meanwhile,to protect the 7.62 mm API,two kinds of protection schemes of panel ceramic and back plate armor steel were tested,and the penetration process was numerically simulated.The test results show that the Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic has good resistance to multiple strikes,and the failure process of the ceramic armor anti-projectile penetration process was simulated.The results are consistent with the test,which verifies the rationality of the constitutive parameters of ceramic materials.Increasing the panel ceramic thickness enhances the grinding effect of the armor on the bullet;increasing the thickness of the back armor steel enhances the supporting effect of the ceramic.
