摘 要:目的:研究急性脑梗死患者不同肠内营养干预时间与预后水平。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予早期肠内营养干预;观察组给予晚期肠内营养干预。比较两组患者营养指标水平及神经功能缺损程度。结果:观察组干预后血红蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后重度神经功能缺损患者例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性脑梗死患者早期肠内营养干预,能够有效改善患者营养状况,有效改善预后,促进患者康复。Objective:To study different enteral nutrition intervention time and prognosis level of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given early enteral nutrition intervention.The observation group was given late enteral nutrition intervention.The level of nutritional indexes and the degree of neurological functional deficit were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after intervention,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the number of patients with severe neurological impairment in the observation group was less than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,effectively improve the prognosis,and promote the recovery of patients.
