心理护理干预在急诊科清创缝合术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析在急诊科清创缝合术中应用心理护理干预的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月急诊科行清创缝合患者350例,随机分为两组,各175例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率、舒张压及收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受清创缝合术的急诊患者,在护理过程中使用心理护理干预,能够有效减轻患者痛苦,缓解治疗过程中的焦虑情绪,稳定心率及血压水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in debridement and suture in emergency department.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2020,350 patients undergoing debridement and suture in the emergency department were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 175 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In emergency patients undergoing debridement and suture,in the process of nursing,psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain of patients,relieve the anxiety in the process of treatment,and stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure.
