摘  要:为了全覆盖和实时地监测盾构滚刀的磨损量和转动情况,设计了滚刀磨损三维可视化监测系统。将电涡流传感器安装在直线滑台上测量刀圈轴向逐个切面的磨损情况;利用霍尔式磁开关传感器感受刀圈侧面磁铁信号以监测滚刀的转动状态。传感器信号经STM32L152芯片处理后由SI4432无线模块传送至上位机程序。基于电涡流传感器测距原理,提出了一种刀圈不同切面数据标定方法。通过现场传输稳定性试验和室内精度试验,验证了该监测系统能够准确检测刀圈的磨损量,实现三维可视化监测。In order to obtain the disc cutter wear and rotational state comprehensively in real-time during shield tunneling,a 3D visual monitoring system for disc cutter wear was designed.The eddy current sensor was installed on the linear actuator to obtain the wear on each axial section of the disc cutter.The hall switch was used to sense the magnetic signal on the side of the cutter ring to monitor the rotational state.The sensor signal was processed by STM32L152 chip and transmitted to the master computer by SI4432 wireless module.According to the principle of eddy current ranging technology,a data calibration method for different axial sections of the cutter ring was proposed.Field stability test and indoor accuracy test were carried out.The results show that the monitoring system can accurately obtain the wear and finally realize 3D visual monitoring of the disc cutter.
