摘  要:以甘肃平凉生产的牡丹籽为原料,采用超声-微波萃取仪对牡丹籽油进行萃取,通过单因素试验法,旨在研究超声功率、超声振荡时间、微波功率、微波辐照时间、微波温度、料液比、提取溶剂等因素对得油率的影响。结果表明,超声-微波萃取牡丹籽油最佳工艺为:提取溶剂采用正己烷(分析纯),料液比1︰8(g/mL),先用600 W微波在40℃温度下辐照8 min,后用560 W超声振荡20 min。在此条件下,粗油得油率为31.5%,与其他提取工艺相比,该方法在常温常压下进行,提取时间较短,提取率较高。The peony seed oil was extracted from peony seed in Pingliang,Gansu Province by ultrasonic microwave extraction instrument.The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic oscillation time,microwave power,microwave irradiation time,microwave temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction solvent and other factors on the yield of peony seed oil were studied by single factor experiment,and the optimal extraction process of peony seed oil was obtained.The solvent was n-hexane(analytically pure),and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1︰8(g/mL).The microwave of 600 W was used to irradiate the crude oil at 40℃for 8 min,and then ultrasonic of 560 W was used to oscillate for 20 min.The crude oil yield was 31.5%.Compared with other extraction processes,the extraction time was shorter and the extraction rate was higher.
