摘  要:陈皮中含有丰富的橙皮苷,这是一种天然生物活性成分,其在食品、医药、化工等行业拥有极大开发价值。为更好地开发利用这一资源,使用纤维素酶预处理联合热回流提取法对陈皮中橙皮苷进行提取。通过单因素试验考察提取温度、溶剂体积分数、提取时间、料液比等一系列单因素,设计正交试验,筛选出最佳提取工艺。从陈皮中提取橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件为温度85℃、时间3 h、乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1︰25(g/mL)。在此提取工艺下橙皮苷的提取率为5.99%,相对标准偏差(SRSD)为2.16%(n=3),整个操作工艺稳定,成本较低,适合用于工业生产。Tangerine peel is rich in hesperidin,which is a natural biologically active ingredient,and has great development value in food,medicine,chemical and other industries.In order to better exploit this resource,cellulase pretreatment combined with hot reflux extraction method was used to extract hesperidin from tangerine peel.A series of single factors such as extraction temperature,solvent volume fraction,extraction time and material-to-liquid ratio were examined through single factor experiments,and then orthogonal experiments were designed to screen out the best extraction process.The best technological condition for extracting hesperidin from tangerine peel was temperature 85℃,time 3 h,70%ethanol and the ratio of material to liquid 1︰25(g/mL).Under this extraction process,the extraction rate of hesperidin was 5.99%;The relative standard deviation(SRSD)was 2.16%(n=3);The entire operation process is stable,and the cost is low,which is suitable for industrial production.
