摘　　要：班组作为企业管理的基本单元,在企业发展中起到至关重要的作用。班组建设的优化和管理的良性循环是不断开发团队潜能的前提条件。优质“健康”的班组是企业管理主线上的成熟果实,充满生机和活力并不断推进企业高质量发展。本文聚焦某军工央企“创新创效”高质量发展,作出班组“健康”建设与管理的设想,通过实践提升班组优化细化管理。As the basic unit of management,teams play a vital role in the development of enterprises.The optimization of team building and the virtuous circle of management are the prerequisites for the continuous development of the team's potential.Teams can continuously promote the high quality development of the''innovative and efficient"high quality development of an enterprise.A plan is made to improve the team's optimization and detailed management through practice.
