摘　　要：面对新冠状肺炎对旅游行业的冲击,导致高职旅游管理专业学生就业竞争压力越来越大。提升大学生就业能力是高职教育的核心,实践证明校企合作是加强大学生岗位匹配能力、提升核心就业能力、不断促进高质量就业的关键举措。所以本文立足于校企合作视角分析新冠肺炎疫情对高职旅游管理大学生就业的冲击与挑战作为切入点,阐述制约高职院校大学生就业能力提升的因素,最后提出提升大学生就业能力的具体对策。Facing the impact of new coronary pneumonia on tourism industry,the employment competition pressure of students majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges is increasing.Improving college students’employability is the core of higher vocational education.Practice has proved that school-enterprise cooperation is the key measure to strengthen college students’job matching ability,enhance core employability and continuously promote high-quality employment.Therefore,based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the impact and challenges of pneumonia epidemic in COVID-19 on the employment of higher vocational college students in tourism management as a starting point,expounds the factors that restrict the improvement of the employability of higher vocational college students,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the employability of college students.
