摘  要:CVT主动轮与从动轮活塞套作为典型的阶梯筒形件,具有结构复杂、成型难度大的特点。采用CAE分析的方法研究了冲压成型过程中各个主要因素对结果的影响规律,通过正交试验优化的方法得出较为合适的冲压参数,并将仿真结果进行试模。结果表明:工件成型良好,与优化模拟相近,验证了正交优化方法的正确性,且通过精密冲压的方法提高了该零件的生产效率。As a typical stepped cylinder,the piston sleeve of CVT driving wheel and driven wheel has the characteristics of complex structure and difficult forming.CAE analysis method was used to study the influence of the main factors in the stamping process on the results,the more appropriate stamping parameters were obtained by orthogonal experiment optimization method,and the simulation results were tested.The result shows that the forming is good,which is close to the optimization simulation.The correctness of the orthogonal optimization method is verified,and the production efficiency of the part is improved by precision stamping.
