汽车空调除霜风道的稳健性优化设计

摘  要:汽车挡风玻璃的除霜性能是冬天保证驾驶员有良好视野的前提,设计合理的除霜风道是提高除霜性能的重要因素之一。利用Fluent软件,并结合六西格玛设计(Design For Six Sigma,DFSS)方法对除霜风道进行优化设计,对得到的除霜风道优化设计方案进行CFD瞬态计算与试验验证。结果表明:优化后的除霜风道性能满足国家标准的性能要求,DFSS方法能够很好地保证除霜风道稳健的性能。The performance of windshield defrost is the premise to ensure that the driver has a good vision in winter.Good design of defrosting duct is one of important factor to improve defrosting performance.Fluent software and DFSS(Design for six sigma)method were used to optimize the defrosting duct design.CFD transient calculation and experimental verification were carried out for the optimized design scheme of defrosting duct.The results show that the performance of the optimized defrosting duct meets the performance requirements of the national standard,and the DFSS method can ensure the robust performance of the defrosting duct.
