摘 要:基于轻量化钢铝混合车身的研究,以拖曳臂安装支架为例,根据强度、可靠性、装配性与运动空间要求,以CAE仿真分析为辅助工具,采用拓扑优化方法,结合螺栓打紧力分析,进行受复杂工况的铝挤压件的零件设计。经实车路试耐久试验,无任何开裂、力矩衰减等异常情况发生。在采用铝合金材料进行关键零部件结构设计的方面进行了成功实践。Based on the research of lightweight steel-aluminum hybrid body structure,a successful practice was carried out in the structure design of key components with aluminum alloy material taking the tow arm mounting bracket as an example.The assembly requirement and the motion space of the tow arm was considered and CAE simulation analysis was used as an assistant tool.The aluminum extrusion s design was worked out with topological optimization method and bolt s pre-tightening force analysis.After road durability test,there was no abnormal conditions occurred such as cracking or torque attenuation.
