摘　　要：文章系统分析了加拿大卡尔加里大学研究生招生类型与方式、课程设置、教学方法等教育现状,探讨导学关系,汲取国外优秀的研究生教育经验。从改革研究生招生模式、创新研究生课程教学形式、建立研究生分类与淘汰制度标准、强化研究生国际化培养、加强学术交流与合作等方面进行研究,提出可供我国相关大学研究生教育的借鉴经验。This paper comprehensively analyzes the education management status of Calgary University in Canada,mainly including types and methods of postgraduate enrollment,curriculum arrangement and management,as well as the teaching methods.By drawing lessons from successful experiences of Calgary University,the guidance relationship of postgraduate education is discussed in this paper.Attentions are paid to the reform of postgraduate enrollment mode,the form innovation of postgraduate courses teaching and management modes,and the standard establishment of postgraduate classification and elimination.Moreover,this paper studies how to strengthen international training and academic exchanges and cooperation of postgraduates.Based on the above,this paper could provide some reference experiences for postgraduate education of similar university in China.
