摘 要:活动断层是海底隧道建设中经常遇到的不良地质条件,位于断层破碎带区域隧道会遭到不同程度的结构破坏。为探明断层错动对海底盾构隧道管片及环间接头受力的影响,依托青岛胶州湾第二海底隧道工程,建立穿越正断层盾构隧道三维数值模型,并设置不同接头螺栓(直螺栓、斜螺栓)及管片幅宽(1.5,1.8,2.0 m)共6种工况进行分析。结果表明:隧道弯矩、剪力在断层面附近出现极大值,而轴力则位于断层带中部;环间张开量均呈现三峰值特点,采用斜螺栓可有效抑制环间张开量;管片错台主要发生在断层面交界处,且集中在断层面两侧2.0 m范围内;采用小幅宽管片能有效减小环缝接头的变形和受力。Active faults are the adverse geological conditions frequently encountered in subsea tunnel construction,and tunnels located in the fault fragmentation zone area suffer different degrees of structural damage.In order to investigate the effect of fault misalignment on the segmen and ring head of subsea shield tunnel,a three-dimensional numerical model of shield tunnel through positive fault is established based on the second submarine tunnel project in Jiaozhou Bay,Qingdao,and six working conditions with different joint bolts(straight bolts,inclined bolts)and tube sheet widths(1.5 m,1.8 m and 2.0 m)are analyzed.The results show that the tunnel bending moment and shear force appear extremely near the fault surface,while the axial force is located in the middle of the fault zone.The inter-ring tensions all are characteristics of three peak values,and the use of inclined bolts can effectively suppress the inter-ring tensions.The segment misalignment mainly occurs at the junction of the fault surface and concentrates within 2.0 m on both sides of the fault surface.The use of small width segment can effectively reduce the deformation and force of the ring joint.
