摘 要:翻转课堂教学模式有利于调动学生自主学习的能动性,提高学生对所学知识的理解和运用能力,符合研究生这一群体乐于学习和探索新方法、新理论的特点。将翻转课堂引入现代食品加工技术进展课程教学中,对翻转课堂授课必要性、授课模式、实施细节进行系统研究和实践,取得了良好的教学效果,更好地推动课程教学目标的实现。The flipped classroom teaching mode is conducive to mobilizing the initiative of students'independent learning and improving their ability to understand and apply the knowledge they have learned,which is in line with the characteristics of graduate students who are willing to learn and explore new methods and theories.By introducing flipped classroom into the teaching of the progress of modern food processing technology,the necessity,teaching mode and implementation details of flipped classroom teaching are systematically studied and practiced,which has achieved good teaching effects and promoted the realization of the teaching objectives of the course.
