摘　　要：宝钢股份炼铁厂3DL烧结机车轮自动化给脂装置是国内第1套利用工业机器人装置进行台车车轮油嘴跟踪给脂的系统。系统主要功能包括:台车车轮油嘴的预清洁、台车车轮运行跟踪、加脂、加油数量及故障统计。目前该系统运行平稳,车轮油嘴成功加油率在98%以上,车轮油嘴给油脂效果较好,设计功能全部实现,各项指标都比较稳定。The sintering pallet wheel automatic lubrication system in 3DL is the first system in world in similar situation.The main functions of the system include,pre-cleaning,tracking,feeding grease,and fault record,etc.And now the system works well,and the grease feeding success ratio is above 98%.At present,the operation of the system is very stable,and measured width is of the process evaluation index,which fully meet the requirements of the production.
