摘  要:轴向手性化合物因广泛存在于天然产物、药物和手性配体中而引起化学家的关注。由于这种结构基元的重要性,人们对轴向手性支架的催化对映选择性结构进行了深入的研究,并取得了很大的进展。然而,该领域的大多数方法都集中在金属催化的应用上,而涉及有机催化的方法则是近几年才开始出现的。介绍了近年来有机催化不对称合成轴向手性化合物的研究进展,包括动力学拆分、去对称化、环化/加成、直接芳基化等。Axial chiral compounds are widely present in natural products,drugs,and chiral ligands and have attracted the attention of chemists.Because of the importance of this structural element,in-depth research on the catalytic enantioselective structure of axial chiral scaffolds has been Carried out,and great progress has been obtained.However,most methods in this field are focused on the application of metal catalysis,and methods involving organic catalysis have only begun to appear in recent years.In this article,the recent research progress of organic catalytic asymmetric synthesis of axial chiral compounds was introduced,including kinetic resolution,desymmetricalization,cyclization/addition,direct arylation,and so on.
