摘　　要：应用研究型人才培养体系是由人才培养理念、专业课程设置模式、教学制度体系、教育评价等要素构成的科学完整的体系,转换一个新视角,将应用研究型人才培养体系置于立德树人的目标、原则和任务之中,分析当下应用研究型人才培养体系中立德树人要素严重不足的现状,构建以立德树人为先导,以课程思政建设为突破口,以三全育人为重点的新时代应用研究型人才培养体系。The talent cultivation system of applied research-oriented talents is a scientific and complete system constituted under the concept of talent training,professional curriculum model,teaching system and education evaluation elements.Converting a new perspective,this paper applied research talent cultivation system into the cultivating objectives,principles and tasks of moral training,analyzed the present situation of serious shortage of elements of moral training in the talent cultivation system,and finally building an applied research-oriented talents cultivation system guided by moral training,course construction as the breakthrough,focusing on the three whole education in a new era.
