摘　　要：党性教育是共产党勇于自我革命、保持朝气蓬勃、获得人民衷心拥护和始终走在时代前列的必然要求。本文通过追溯将台堡新长征干部学院开展党性教育的红色资源,深入论述了立足党性教育资源的课程设计要实现“历史与时代统一”、“理论与思想统一”、“目标与效果统一”和“点到面的统一”四个原则,探索并总结出将台堡新长征干部学院在教学管理、行政管理和学员管理等方面带给我们的办学经验与启示。Party spirit education is an inevitable requirement for the Communist Party to have the courage of self-revolution,maintain vigor and vitality,win the people's heartfelt support and always stay in the forefront of the times.This paper traces the red resources of the party spirit education in Jiangtaibu new Long March Cadre College,and deeply discusses that the curriculum design based on the party spirit education resources should realize the four principles of"the unity of history and the times","the unity of theory and thought","the unity of goal and effect"and"the unity of point and area",and explores and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of Jiangtaibu new Long March Cadre College in teaching management,administrative management and college students management.
