摘　　要：在碳化钨生产中,需要定时将舟皿自动送入石墨管电炉,自动进舟装置通过PLC控制舟皿的径向水平步进输送和轴向直线推进,为防止圆柱形舟皿输送时翻滚和碰损,设计双平行四边形机构托举舟皿进行平移步进,同时在双平行四边形机构上复合链传动保证该机构在死点位置运动方向不变。In the production of tungsten carbide,it is necessary to automatically feed the boat into the graphite tube furnace at regular time.The automatic boat entry device is controlled by PLC for radial horizontal stepping transportation and axial linear advance of the boat.In order to prevent the cylindrical boat from rolling and crashing during transportation,a parallelogram mechanism is designed to lift the boat for horizontal stepping.At the same time,the chain drive on the parallelogram mechanism ensures that the movement direction of the mechanism remains unchanged at the dead point.
