鼻渊软胶囊联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻渊软胶囊联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将172例急性化脓性中耳炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各86例。对照组应用氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼻渊软胶囊口服治疗。比较2组临床疗效、病原菌清除率、炎症因子、免疫相关指标、听力恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为80.23%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组耳鸣、耳痛、耳内流脓评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组耳鸣、耳痛、耳内流脓评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组各症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组病原菌检出率为100%。治疗后,观察组病原菌清除率为91.86%,高于对照组79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)、免疫球蛋白A (Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G (Ig G)和免疫球蛋白M (Ig M)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不同频率听阈水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻渊软胶囊联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎疗效显著,可有效清除病原菌,减轻炎症反应,改善患者免疫功能及听力水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Biyuanruan capsules combined with ofloxacin for acute suppurative otitis media.Methods:A total of 172 patients with acute suppurative otitis media were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,86 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ofloxacin otic solution,and the observation group was additionally treated with the oral administration of Biyuanruan capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,the clearance rate of pathogen,levels of inflammatory factors,immune-related indexes,the recovery progress of hearing were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.35%in the observation group,higher than that of 80.23%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared scores of tinnitus,ear pain,and ear pus between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of tinnitus,ear pain,and ear pus in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the detection rate of pathogen was 100%in the two groups.After treatment,the clearance rate of pathogen was 91.86%in the observation group,higher than that of79.07%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin G(Ig G),and immunoglobulin M(Ig M) between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,Ig A,Ig G,and Ig M in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the six levels above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Threshold of hearing at different frequencies in the observatio
