摘　　要：探究"清浊相干"的具体含义,治疗方法以及对后世的影响,以期更全面地掌握这一病机,并加以灵活地变通及运用。本文撷选《黄帝内经》相关原文,与气机升降出入相结合,对"清浊相干"理论进行系统整理与分析;查询伤寒、温病相关文献资料,挖掘伤寒、温病对其运用与发展。认为"清浊相干"导致气机紊乱失常可包括升降和出入两方面,治疗时要"以数调之",即升清降浊,宣清消浊,伤寒与温病诸多病证和治法围绕此理论展开。"清浊相干"是具有重大意义的病机,它是对气机升降出入紊乱的进一步诠释,对后世有深远的影响。This paper is to explore the specific meaning of "mutual interference of the clear and the turbid",the treatment methods and the influence on the later generations,in order to grasp the mechanism of this disease more comprehensively,and to flexibly adapt and use. In this paper,by selecting the relevant original text of Huangdi Neijing and combining with the ascending and descending of qi movement,the theory of "mutual interference of the clear and the turbid" is systematically sorted out and analyzed. Relevant literatures of exogenous febrile disease and epidemic febrile disease are inquired to excavate the application and development of the theory. In this paper,it is considered that "mutual interference of the clear and the turbid" leads to the disturbance of qi movement,which can be divided into two aspects:ascending and descending,exiting and entering. The treatment should be "adjusted according to different conditions",that is,to raise the clear and direct the turbid downward,and diffuse the clear and disperse the turbid. Many syndromes and treatments of cold damage and warm disease revolve around this theory. The theory of "mutual interference of the clear and the turbid" is a significant pathogenesis,which is a further interpretation of the disturbance of qi movement,and has a far-reaching impact on the later generations.
