摘 要:政府官员直播带货行为是疫情倒逼下的促进经济发展的新方式,通过政务直播,政府为企业背书,区域在赢得高流量、高关注度的同时容易打出知名度,将政府公信力变现从而促进区域经济发展。同时,政务直播平台的低门槛与不可控性可能产生新的“形式主义”与寻租空间,进而引发市场产品同质化竞争,挤压小企业生存空间,扰乱市场秩序,阻滞当地经济发展,存在着典型的“诺斯悖论”问题。为此,需要严格规范政府“选品”与带货行为,引入监督和惩戒机制。the live broadcasting of goods by government officials is a new way to promote economic development forced by the epidemic.Through the live broadcasting of government affairs and the endorsement of the government for enterprises,the region is easy to gain popularity while winning high traffic and high attention,so as to realize the credibility of the government,so as to promote regional economic development.At the same time,the low threshold and uncontrollability of the government broadcast platform may produce new“formalism”and rent-seeking space,which will lead to homogeneous competition of market products,squeeze the living space of small enterprises,disrupt the market order and block the local economic development.There is a typical problem of“North Paradox”.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly regulate the government's“selection”and carrying behavior,and introduce the supervision and punishment mechanism.
